Terms of Sale
Version 2026-09-draft-1 · Published September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern the preorder of the AI Employee Starter Kit ("the Kit") sold by ALAIA (8 The Green, Suite B, 19901 Dover, US), referred to as "we" or "us". Contact: support@rapidemployee.com.
2. What you are buying
The Kit is a digital product made of workflow blueprints, written guides, screenshot tutorials, prompts, configuration examples, checklists, and troubleshooting instructions. It is a template to install and adapt in your own tools. It is not a hosted software service, not a done-for-you installation, and not staff.
3. Preorder, not immediate delivery
The Kit is sold as a preorder during a founding release. You pay now and receive the Kit later. The planned delivery date is October 1, 2026. The preorder period ends on September 24, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Nothing is delivered before the Kit is published in your customer area.
4. Price and payment
The price is $149, paid once. Taxes are shown before you confirm the payment where they apply. Payment is processed by Stripe. Third-party software subscriptions and AI usage fees are not included and are contracted directly by you with those providers.
5. Founding release conditions
The release may depend on a minimum number of paid, non-refunded preorders (20) reached by the end of the preorder period. If the release is cancelled, every paid order is refunded in full to the original payment method. If the Kit is not delivered by the promised date, you may request a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details and timing.
6. Requirements and third-party tools
Using the Kit requires your own accounts with the automation platform (Make) and an AI model provider, plus the tools you connect (inbox, forms, CRM). Compatibility is described as planned until tested. Setup, configuration, testing, and supervision are your responsibility.
7. What the Kit does not promise
Automated drafts can contain errors. You must review messages, follow-ups, and proposals before they are sent. We do not promise revenue, savings, or any business result, and the Kit does not replace employees or professional advice.
8. License
Internal-use license for one company. You may adapt the workflows for your own operations. Resale, redistribution, and installation for clients are not included in this release.
9. Support
Written support by email for setup questions about the kit, with a target response within two business days. No live calls, no done-for-you setup.
10. Your account and access
Access to purchased content is tied to the email address used at checkout and secured by sign-in links. Access is suspended when an order is refunded or disputed.
11. Statutory rights and withdrawal
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any right of withdrawal that applies to a preorder before digital content is delivered. Our commercial refund policy applies in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version you accepted at checkout (2026-09-draft-1) stays available in your customer area and applies to your order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and all contracts concluded through RapidEmployee are governed by French law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence where those provisions apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Complaints and amicable resolution
For any complaint concerning an order, please contact the seller using the contact details provided in our Legal Notice. Please include your order reference and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and seek an amicable resolution.
Consumer mediation
If you are a consumer and your dispute remains unresolved following a prior written complaint to the seller, you may refer an eligible dispute, free of charge, to the consumer mediator appointed by the seller, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code.
Our appointed consumer mediator is:
Name: [MEDIATOR NAME] Postal address: [MEDIATOR POSTAL ADDRESS] Website: [MEDIATOR WEBSITE]
This mediation provision does not restrict your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
Competent courts
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence or to benefit from other applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
