Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Preorders: email address, name (if provided), billing country, payment details handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number), the terms you accepted, and your order history. Used to deliver the Kit, send order emails, handle refunds, and meet accounting obligations.
• Customer area: sign-in links sent to your email; session cookies required to keep you signed in.
• Contact form and launch list: name, email, message, and your marketing consent when you join the launch list.
• Technical data: a hashed version of your IP address for security and rate limiting, and your browser type.

Advertising measurement

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to visits and preorders. No advertising tracker is loaded before you accept, and declining is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. When you consent, a purchase event is sent once per confirmed order with a hashed email so Meta can deduplicate it.

Who receives data

How long we keep data

Order and invoice data are kept as long as required by accounting law. Launch-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Write to support@rapidemployee.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
